Mijas

Casa Caleta is located in the beautiful white village of Mijas, in the hills above the Costa del Sol. The famous coastal resorts of Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, La Cala and Marbella are all within 30 minutes drive.

We are also just 30 minutes from Malaga airport but set in a very quiet location with unmatched views across the Mijas Campo to the sea.

Just stroll for 10 minutes from Casa Caleta and you are in the centre of Mijas Pueblo, with its beautiful white and historic buildings.

Mijas is famous for its local arts and crafts shops and so much more. There are dozens of superb bars and restaurants offering all sorts of cuisine from local tapas to cream teas. Come during Feria time and enjoy wonderful Flamenco shows and fun for people of all ages.

In the summer months Mijas regularly hosts themed festivals in the main square. These include a Celtic Night, a Latino Night, a Blues Music Festival and the always popular International Day.
